Project Overview

We were invited to support a brand-new car launch event by designing and deploying an intricate, custom-branded slot car racing table that served as both a conversation starter and a dynamic engagement platform.

The slot car track was fully wrapped with the client’s branding, as well as logos and visual elements from key stakeholders—turning the installation into a striking and interactive centerpiece that aligned seamlessly with the launch theme.

With guests ranging from kids to corporate staff and their families, the experience needed to be accessible, fun, and well-facilitated. Our experienced event crew provided warm, attentive guidance throughout the day, ensuring that every participant—regardless of age—enjoyed the fast-paced action and understood the rules of the track.
